Please find details for the Redneck Rumble 2015 by following This Link or using the menu system above.
I have made the Tickets available for purchase but will be announcing the Special Item in the coming days as I finalise the Logo to be used.
I have also included the Registration Page in the menu above as well, so if you want to register to help with planning, and pay later, it is right there.
There are a COUPLE of changes people need to be aware of this year.
- Only Casualties caused by the action of a block or foul will be counted for Casualties. Crowd Surfs DO count.
- beyondblue Challenge system will be operating.
Check the players pack for more details.
Saturday night details will be released soon as well so keep an eye out for those.
It is shaping up to be another great event so I am looking forward to seeing you all there.
It’s that time of year again folks, a time when the woods are filled with the apprehension of local wildlife, a time when the roads are filled with vehicles making the pilgrimage from the North to pillage and plunder the good fortune of those forgiving folks from the South.
IT’S REDNECK RUMBLE TIME BABY!!!
Work continues on the players pack for this year. Although the changes are minimal we are just finalising one or two details relating to the Friday and Saturday night entertainment. Generally everything else will as per last year.
The Muscat Barrel has been restocked and ready to go. The venue has been alerted and the local law enforcement been given the heads up.
So the all important dates this year are October 16th, 17th and 18th.
The games will take place on Saturday the 17th and Sunday the 18th however we have access to the venue for the Friday night of the 16th. This year I will be working a new job so time off may be an issue. More details as they come to hand but I will make sure one of the minions is out there to meet and greet a little earlier for those that require this.
Friday night is a great casual social night where a few simple games are usually accompanied by some nice beverages to help take the chill off. Saturday will have 3 games played with the usual Saturday night festivities (although expect some rather interesting changes to that this year) with the final 2 games played Sunday to allow for an early drive home for the Perth folk.
The players pack and tickets will be available soon, as well as the updated resources and information page.
It should be another great event on the Albany Calendar and I am hoping for some big support from a fresh crop of new comers to the Albany Gaming Scene.
Book the dates, get prepared, ya’ll coming back I hear!!!
I finally have the Redneck Rumble 2014 NAF results uploaded.
I have been trying to upload this for some time however due to technical difficulties I was not able to upload the results using the Score! program.
I relented and uploaded these manually. So please I hope they are entered correctly and accurately.
There are some MASSIVE changes happening in the Blood Bowl scene and I hope to upload some details very soon.
The Redneck Rumble for 2014 has been run and won. For the complete results you can check HERE
Before I begin I would like to say a big thank you to the following people.
Jack Taylor for helping me chase up ideas, prices, venues etc. Was good to have a sounding board to make sure not all my ideas where total crap.
Jake Hacker for being my little minion bitch over the weekend. He did a great job as always and kept the event running nice and smooth.
Rob Langford for going out of his way to pick up the trophies that got delayed and where only ready the night before the event. Big thanks for that one Rob.
To anyone else I may have forgotten, a big thank you goes out to you from me, without your support it would never have happened.
First thing is first
